A new model of seasonal harvest. Each season follows what is found, natural, hand-casted using what is already there without taking more. 

As such, keeping the shop stocked at all times is challenging while ensuring ethical production, fair workmanship, and a sustainable process.

Each piece is handmade on the Swedish west coast, in small quantities at a time. As thus, some pieces may be made upon submitted order. Although most pieces can be shipped within 1–2 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for us to make each piece with integrity.

All orders are sent with tracked shipping (post nord). Once dispatched, delivery within Sweden usually takes 1–2 business days, while delivery within Europe usually takes 5–7 business days and 10-14 worldwide. If you need express shipping with 1 day delivery within Europe (3 business days worldwide) please contact us at sales@idalundberg.com. Express shipping starts at €30.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. 
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays that are out of our hands may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

There are no extra customs to orders within the European union or Norway. Orders placed & delivered outside of the EU & Norway are free from European Union VAT but might be subjected to local customs and taxes fees when entering the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping outside of the EU and Norway (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are out of our hands and are the customer’s responsibility. 

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, lease contact us as soon as possible. We will change the address free of charge as long as the item is still in our hands. The customer is responsible for any additional fees or delays if the package has already been shipped out. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some locations may have longer delivery times or restrictions. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@idalundberg.com. Please note that the return costs SEK 49 in Sweden, €17 in the European Union and €25 worldwide.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out the new item requested.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and cannot be a sales or personalized item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
